10th January 2009

quick update before i get down to my work (seriously).

first official week of the year's ended. i promise myself to work harder in week 2! must not let my new year resolutions slip away after a week ): go xiaoen go! (:

im really really thankful for sarah. she's the exact opposite of me- neat, organised, unforgetful (: working with her is similar to working with evelyn (: and i think it's really awesome. if you're reading this, thank you partner! sorry for being quite bahrahgah now and then, promise you i'll improve bit by bit and learn to be as calm and organised as you! ;D

on a side note, it's quite cool how we usually have the same opinions on different stuff. and our thoughts about certain stuff are the same too. (eh i think i've posted about this point before.) and how our parents are exactly alike!! eh my mom wants to meet your mom one day hahahahah! (oh dear better not, they'll end up calling together O: ) even when we have different opinions sometimes, it's really cute how pleasantly we'll tell each other. and things always work out fine. hmmm, we've made some blunders here and there, but i'm really excited about the rest of 2009 together with roo(and ster) and batchies! (:

started on plate tectonics in geography. continental drift theory is interesting and pretty much logical to me. but the part on Big Bang theory and Evolution of Humans, it clashes with my beliefs. thank God for previous yd lesson(s) on these issues(: (i should start going for yd again..) am determined to do an in-depth research on Big Bang and Evolution one day (: honestly there are many many loopholes in these theories and no one has ever 100% proven these theories nor have they come out with 'scientifically logical' one. im all for Intelligent Design. sometimes human beings are pretty persistent, the answer is there, but they cling on to their beliefs even though they stand on shaky grounds.

i need to work on my biblical knowledge and understandings on certain issues. sharon shot alot of questions on christianity few days ago; quite honestly speaking, most of the questions have gone through my mind before. gave my best to answer her and the rest of them listening that day; i hope some of it made sense to them, and i pray that God will do the rest. sorry God if i failed to provide the best and most convinving explanation, but i really did try my best and i hope You'll work the rest(:

oh yes. gladys, you're not going to die because of the lumpy lump (: you'll be fine, dont worry too much, alright!

shoots, havent emailed steph the design O:
eh btw, does anyone's hotmail appear funny on your internet browser!! i tried on all three browsers, Chrome, Firefox and IE, but all are conky. ._.  Chrome is really really nice to use, btw! you should try it :D

oh oh oh! i looooooooooooove the new msn messenger! it's so awesome! :D hehheh and they have funnily nice sound alerts (: yay :D thank God for the computer, for the internet, and for technology. let's learn to not take all these conveniences for granted (:

roarrrrr i want to find another blogskin ): i agree with danlee, prefer my previous blogskin too :/ but was getting sick of it, cant find another similar one that's just as nice! most of the nice blogskins i come across are either emo/black or pink ): settling for this neutral, simple one until i find 'The' blogskin! (:

shall end this post soon!

let's end this with the most important thing for today, 10th january 2009.

Just before the day ends,
I'd like to wish you, once again, (ohmy, it sounds like a poem ._.)
Happy, Happy Birthday,
Sandy Png Xian Ting (:

I dont know what else/how else to give you a nice dedication because there really isn't anything much left to say! You're seventeen (: The only time you (ever) looked seventeen was when you were sitting on the bench today.
(You'll kill me for saying this...)Be more matured okay, JC1 already! Time flies, but thank you for spending the first day of seventeenth year with this little person here (aaah it sounds like a poem again ._. im such a natural poet.) Much as you're childish, but I'll always continue to look up (okay not saying that you're taller than me yah) to you as my older sister (: thank you for being my sistar, and such an amazing one at that. 've been an only (lonely) child all my life, so here's just to let you know that i really cherish our friendship cos it really means alot! I think it won't be too long before we both poof and become (matured, ahem) adults, hopefully we'll still be around in each other's lives!

Eh Sandy, you rock :D
(Sorry, really don't know what else to say already.)

Keep going, everyone! The rest of 2009 still awaits us(:
